Do you have a strong history of performing above and beyond expectations in a Customer Service or Call Centre based role? If so, you may be suitable for a vacancy we are currently advertising for, working for a company based in the Walsall area.
This role will require you to take responsibility for all fault calls that are reported to the company. From there, you will be expected to escalate issues raised as necessary, and proactively ensure that all fault calls logged are being followed through to conclusion.
Our client is seeking articulate, professional individuals with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work well as a member of a team. Additionally, you should ensure that you are comfortable working with all standard Microsoft Office packages.
