An excellent opportunity for an individual with expert knowledge in Litigation and Debt Recovery within a very well respected and growing organisation.
This role will involve you monitoring the progress of files from the solicitor appointment right the way through to resolution, liaison with solicitors on a regular basis to produce weekly file updates, act upon basic solicitor and court correspondence, dealing with barrister enquiries and any additional ad hoc duties assigned to ensure targets are met. All candidates must have experience working within either an insurance or financial environment and have good working knowledge of claims and court proceedings.
Applicants should be extremely good communicators and able demonstrate strong attention to detail. You will be persuasive, assertive and thrive on working within a pressurised environment.
