Take responsibility for some of the overall team administration and related query solving.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure records are updated and completed for all transactions within allocated area of responsibility in accordance with departmental deadlines.
Deal with both routine and more complex queries/complaints, escalating to supervisor if required.
Provide advice and explanation regarding procedure to more junior or temporary members of the team.
Provide quality administrative, technical and secretarial support.
Undertake specialist responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
Deal effectively with a wide range of telephone calls.
