Great opportunity to join one of Birmingham's leading organisations within the Facilities Department.
Your role will be to provide proactive administration support to the Office Manager, this will include responsibility of co-ordinating and liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring all office supplies are ordered, provide support for arranging events and assistance with routine checks for Health & Safety procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation's. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively on all levels, you will work well within a team environment, however be able to work on own initiative when required. Above all you will be focused on providing a professional service to internal and external customers.
Candidates applying must be car owners and have a very good understanding of the Microsoft Office packages.
