    Superb opportunity within the Sales Finance division of one of the UK's top banks.

    The role will involve:
    ·         To act as a peripatetic Small Business Development Manager within an agreed geographical area.
    ·         To work as part of a team of Business Development Managers to achieve targets each year for Factoring and invoice discounting Products on behalf of Sales Financing.
    ·         To maximise Corporate Bank earnings within a designated area through the sales of Sales Financing Funding products and Ledgermaster electronic link
    ·         To support and deputise for the Sales Team Leader as and when directed to do so.
    ·         To survey credit applications within pre-agreed discretionary limits.
    ·         To act as the Product Expert on debenture based lending against receivables for the Small Business Network Managers in the Region providing guidance on the value and collectability of the debt on the sales ledger.
    ·         To provide bespoke solutions that meet customer needs where the standard product does not fit the requirement.
    To promote the products of Sales Financing within the Bank Network and the business community as a whole.
     
    Skills required to undertake the role:
    ·         Must be able to drive and have a clean driving licence
    ·         Negotiation Skills
    ·         Communication skills
    ·         Presentation skills appropriate to one to one and mass audience
    ·         Basic understanding of Microsoft Software products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    ·         Financial Analysis and report writing.
    ·         Product knowledge and technical skills within the Sales Financing product range set at Sales, Risk and Operational levels.
    ·         Sales, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written to enable effective dialogue at all levels to Board Level.

    The role will cover the South Midlands area so a lot of travelling will be involved.
