If so, our client, the Birmingham office of a leading law firm, currently has a vacancy available for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst. Within this role you will provide support on all 70 applications, including Word, Outlook, Remote working and Bespoke applications.
We are seeking an individual with a fundamental knowledge of 1st and 2nd line support who ideally has ITIL awareness. You should be a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer focus.
