| Our client requires an experienced Assistant Housing Officer for an immediate, on going assignment based in the West Midlands area. The successful applicant will ideally have proven knowledge of working within a housing environment and will have worked in a similar field for either a local authority or housing association. Main duties for the role of AHO include: - Providing housing advice on a daily basis on issues such as ASB, rents and daily liaison with tenants regarding their properties. - Providing assistance and support to housing officers including home visits, administration and data management.
