Full Description:
My client is seeking an administrator to assist the Senior Administrator in ensuring the efficient running of the administrative office.

The ideal applicant will have a good level of education, be PC literate, able to communicate at all levels. Previous experience within administration or secretarial is essential.

Your daily will include:

- Electronic manipulation, printing and storage of admin and research files
- Daily maintenance of office diary and appointments
- Daily management of email
- Taking a pro-active role within the department to liaise with the customer and generally being fully conversant with their requirements
- Transport and travel bookings
- Input and amendment of material to database
- Maintenance of mailing list
- Distribution of papers at the direction of the Lead Administrator
- Maintenance of equipment and offices: report breakdowns, chase progress
- Recording, distribution and despatch of mail
- Maintaining adequate stationery levels and re-ordering as required
- Filing, Photocopying, typing, word processing and transmission of faxes
- Reviewing and updating Work Instructions on a regular basis
- Ensure office is well maintained, tidy and professional looking
- To provide cover for other posts as and when required, including Lead Administrator
- Any other clerical duties as directed.
