Full Description:
Leading financial organisation based in West Midlands is looking to recruit 2 Evening Call Handlers for their Collections Department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants evening hours, or wants to supplement their existing income.

You will be supporting a team in managing customer accounts that have fallen into arrears. You will make outbound telephone calls and provide the highest standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, persuasive skills and be happy working 5-8pm Monday to Friday.
