Working in a customer contact centre environment you will be managing, coaching and mentoring team managers who in turn manage a large team of contact centre advisors. You will be implementing processes, managing workloads, making operational decisions and managing resources. The ideal candidate must have experience of managing team managers, be upbeat and motivational, whilst also being firm and professional.
