| Experienced Commercial Maintenance Site Supervisor required for work with a leading West Midlands contractor. Our client is an established and recognised interior refurbishment and fit out contractor who currently have a permanent vacancy within their Maintenance Division for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor. Based in Bromsgrove the vast majority of projects undertaken are located within a 50 mile radius of the office. The suitable candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all commercial maintenance works including stud walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical engineering as well as organising sub contract labour, ensuring company health and safety policies are adhered to and ensuring works are completed on time and to cost and to the highest quality. This opportunity to undertake works on a range of interesting and varied projects would suit a candidate that enjoys the hands on aspects of Site Management as well as the day to day problem solving involved with running reactive maintenance works | |
