This respected and established Contractor currently has a permanent vacancy for a Site Supervisor to work within their Social Housing division. Based in the West Midlands the company have been involved in this sector over many years and have an enviable reputation as a market leader in the Decent Homes refurbishment programme.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for overseeing trades on specific aspects of the Decent Homes refurbishment programme, the majority of which will be the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms combined also with some external and structural improvement works. The candidate should have a proven background working within this sector and possess the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst being able to maintain and manage the quality of works, and enjoy working with Social Housing clients on both tenanted and void properties.
