| The client is an independent residential developer with a growing portfolio of quality developments located across the Midlands and currently has an opportunity for an experienced Housing Site Manager to join their organisation. Centrally located in the heart of the Midlands, the client is committed to building high quality residential properties across the region. By combining innovation, design and quality, they offer homes finished to a very high standard. The suitable candidate should have a proven track record in new build housing at Site Manager level, main contractor experience would be beneficial, as would a trades background. The candidate would be running the site ensuring projects are delivered to time and cost whilst maintaining quality and without compromising Health and Safety.
