| This client is a national construction company which operates through a network of community-based local offices. This client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after a £7.5million Care Home for disable ex servicemen. It is very much a traditional project working to a Bill of Quants, the project will last until March '08 and you will be site based dealing with all areas of commercial responsibilities including sub contract procurement, control of contractors, payments & forecasting payments, advising likely expenditure, general reporting, pricing variations, cost advise. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor who will be on site 2/3 days a week. |
