For 40 years our client has been to provide its clients and their professionals with completed projects that reflect high standards of care, quality and innovation. Their core operation area is the Midlands, providing both a build and refurbishment service to a range of commercial, healthcare and development clients.
These new opportunities will be involved in general contracting, with projects typically in the value of £1 million - £2 million, although could be up to £14 million. Although a large element of their work has been high spec apartment developments in recent years, this is becoming less common and typically you would be now be involved in medical centres, schools, hospital, churches, business units and industrial buildings.

Even at Assistant level, you would be running a small project on your own, or working with a Project Quantity Surveyor on a larger project. As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will probably be running a project on your own – although you will naturally have the support of the Managing Surveyor or Finance Director should you require it.
