| Mechanical Project Manager needed for this Mechanical Contractor who are on track to almost double their turnover to £8million this year. Huge potential for swift progression due to the planned retirement of 2 directors in the next 12 months. You will be responsible for running your own projects, from potentially winning the work, running the job on site including commercial control to handover. The work is predominantly commercial and industrial heating & ventilation across various sectors. Key Skills: Mechanical Building Services experience Strong on Heating & Ventilation Ability to oversee Air-Conditioning SubContractors Good project management experience Client liaison experience Salary negotiable dependent on experience £35000 to £45000 as guide Car or allowance Stakeholder pension Healthcare package tbc |
