| Our client a national Facilities Management contractor are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to run their PFI site in Coventry. This is a challenging role that would require good customer service skills along with a proactive hands on approach to work. Our client would be willing to employ someone who is currently working at assistant level and are looking for the next step up. Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the running of the M&E maintenance of the site. Also overseeing the catering, cleaning and security contractors ensuring they are in keeping with the SLA's. In order to be successful for this role you should have an excellent level of customer service skills with a good strength of character. A basic understanding of Health and Safety legislation would be useful. It would also be useful if you have previously had experience with PFI contracts although this is not essential. Enthusiasm for the role and an aptitude to succeed are important. |
