Full Description:
Electrical Estimator with Building Services experience needed for this very busy Contractor.
The role our client has on offer is excellent and will give the successful candidate a great deal of variety and opportunity to progress their career.
Project values range from £10000 to £2.5million, however mainly focus on small works, generally refurbishment.
As they are shortly to acquire a substantial workload of maintenance contracts, candidates with schedule of works experience are very much of interest.
Excellent opportunities exist within the group for advancement.
You will be expected to;

o Identify the critical areas of the tender
o Take off services
o Prepare tenders
o Manage projects
o Site Surveys
o Produce accurate costs
o Send out enquiries
o Be customer focussed
o Be forward thinking

While the role does not require you to have any formal qualifications, these are an advantage, however a broad range of knowledge within Building Services is far more important.

Salary up to £35000
