    An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Facilities Manager to be responsible for the general management of day to day operational activities within the scope of the integrated contract for FM services delivered at a site in Coventry.

    Key Accountabilities:


    Provide a primary contact for all matters relating to operational service delivery on a day to day basis.
    Ensure all critical services supporting the client’s core business are maintained to an agreed standard.
    Proactively Implement service development initiatives and corrective action plans
    Driving integrated working practices between Facilities/Estates & Projects Management teams.
    Ensures the FM is fully informed of exceptional issues
    Understand the contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and takes ownership for the outcomes
    Responsible for ensuring ALL Service Level Agreements are met.
    Ensure effective communication on all aspects between client, customer and performance partners.
    Control and manage budgets to an agreed annual plan and report any out of line situations.
    Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of performance measurement for supplier and incentive schemes relating to the account.
    Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with Health & Safety legislation
    Responsible for overseeing Audit Reviews and compliance for the allocated sites.
    Provide and lead Incident Management & Business Incident Process for allocated site.
    Take an active role in supporting other members of the account team.
    Provide accurate and on time reports to the FM as agreed.
    Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
    Ensure the Business Operating Processes for the site are followed at all times.
    Manage Business Operating System at the allocated site and identify site competent person for “Contractor Management “.
    On call by telephone to support incident and emergency activities outside of normal working hours.

    Service Lines: Including but not limited to Customer Services, M&E, fabric, security, reception, vending and cleaning.
    Budgetary Responsibilities: £1million p.a. operational spend

    Required Attributes/Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:


    Must be educated to a good standard and be self motivated
    Essential to possess qualities to lead, motivate and inspire your delivery team.
    Able to represent the company.
    Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Essential to possess Innovative qualities and highly capable of taking an active lead role within a dynamic team.
    Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet/exceed the expectations of our customer and clients.
