£35'000 BASIC SALARY - FIRST YEAR OTE £55'000 UNCAPPED - AUDI A4 - LAPTOP - MOBILE - PENSION - HEALTHCARE - 20 DAYS HOLIDAYS
The Role
* Managing 5 field sales executive
* You will also have responsibility for 20 major accounts
* Selling a full range of packaging supplies and services
* Covering the midlands
* 50% of time will be spent managing your team the other 50% will be to look after you major account base
* Ideally based around; Nottingham, Leicester, Northampton or Coventry
The Person
* Strong, proven people management skills are essential
* Experience within the commercial packaging industry would be advantageous
* You must have very strong service sales experience across various market sectors with the ability to deal with multi level decision makers
* A real character who can get the best out of their team
* Enthusiastic and results driven
* Professional with an eye for detail
The Package
* £35'000 basic salary
* First year OTE £55'000 uncapped
