Internal Sales Coordinator Required.
£17,000PA
My Client based within the Dudley area is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic individual to join their sales department.
Successful Candidates:
- Must have previous experience within a similar role
- Ideally from a distribution industry
- Posses excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be PC literate
- Be numeric along with excellent data entry skills
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
The Role:
- To take incoming calls from customers regarding their orders
- Entering orders onto system
- Ordering stock
- Providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with quotations
- Dealing with delivery notes and preparing for dispatch
- Liaising with clients and customers to ensure they are updated with new products
- Providing excellent customer service
- Entering client information onto in-house database
- Dealing with queries regarding orders
- General admin duties as required
The above role is on a permanent basis and is paying £17,000PA. Hours of work are 37.5 per week, 8.30-5 Monday to Friday.
