| A leading Financial Organisation based in West Midlands are looking to recruit a Telephony Coach. You will be delivering on the job coaching within a contact centre environment. You must have proven coaching exp, be self motivated and be able to manage issues when they arise and put action plans into place. 9-5pm Monday to Friday, £23,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits.
