Full Description:

Our client, based in Central Birmingham, is currently recruiting for a Billings Controller. Reporting to the Head of Accounts you will be responsible for raising all fees for the Asset Management department and preparing reports on fees and debtors for the Board.

Including;
• Liaison with Surveyors, Client Accountants and Service Charge Accountants to ensure fee basis is accurate and reflects all changes in client’s portfolios.
• Sending to clients or where self-paid coding up for entry on the Bespoke Accounting System
• Liaison with Finance on all fee related matters
• Preparation of the weekly fee and debtors report for the Board
• Preparing the back up required to complete the service charge reconciliations and collation of client statements for client accountants, to cover holiday or urgencies.
• Monitor and control cost split exercise for property managers split over multiple sites.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven accounts experience; ideally with a property background and must be able to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload.
