Adecco are proud to be Recruitment Partners with the Automobile Association which is the UK’s leading motoring organisation!
We are currently seeking skilled Call Centre Operators to join their team in Oldbury in the West Midlands. The successful candidates will be working 37 hours per week between 0600-0200 Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift basis, on an ongoing assignment.
Your daily duties will include:
• Handling inbound calls from AA Members
• Confirming Membership details
• Logging breakdown details onto an in-house system
• Liaising with AA Patrol Teams & AA Members
We are seeking candidates who have proven skills in call centre and / or customer service. You must be 100% flexible to work anytime between 0600-0200 Monday to Sunday. Due to training obligations you will be unable to take holiday for the first 8 weeks of your Assignment.
In return our client is offering a pay rate of £6.50 per hour (increasing after training), free car-parking and an on-site canteen.
