| Tutor Coventry £16K to £20K Provide high quality training to long term unemployed clients with the aim of helping them to overcome barriers to employment Deliver tailored programme to learners often with erractic or no employment history, low self esteem, low confidence and other related problems Support the progress of all learners through continuos mentoring and support Ensure contractual and personal targets for progression, retention, qualifications and achievements are met Deliver programmes in line with quality standards, basic skills q mark, common inspection framework Complete documents in line with contractual guidance Report weekly statistic information to the Lead Tutor and Training Manager Must be able to deliver to groups upto 15 people Teaching qualification or working towards one or if not industry experience gained as a Tutor or worked within organisations such as Police, Prison, etc Computer literate |
