| Employment Consultant - Training company Wolverhampton £18K to £20K Basic + Commission, uncapped and can get upto £1K per month in commission, so OTE earnings are approx £32K per annum Perform as part of a team to achieve business targets in order that the company fulfils its contract with Jobcentre Plus Working to daily and monthly targets Interview prospective learners, assess their needs, experience, skills and career aspiration to ensure they are referred to the most suitable provision Maintain relationships with Advisors, companies etc in order for business targets to be achieved Generate new business via telephone sales Inputting details onto the database system Liaise with Funding partners Attend monthly and weekly sales meetings Produce reports Must have worked in a sales or recruitment role or similar position |
