40 hours per week
5 Days per week
Must have either NVQ 4 management, NVQ 4 Care Diploma or a Registered Manager Award.
It is essential that you have worked within Learning disabilities.
This is a small 2 bed, new and progressive care home, that is now recruiting for a care manager. The care Manager will then become CISCI registered upon joining the care home. It is a superb opportunity for anyone looking to further their own personnel and professional development supporting vulnerable adults.
The duties will involve:
To ensure the highest standards of support and care are provided for the residents
Detailed care packages are in place.
Adherence to all requirements and regulations laid out under the Care Standards Act 2000 and all other relevant legislation.
The continual development of communication links between members of the team and colleagues.
A full CRB check will be needed for this position.
