| KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To manage high value customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service whilst developing the business and the team through system knowledge and training support. ACCOUNTABILITIES To undertake all duties outlined in the SCVU Commercial Vehicle Advisor job profile, but in addition: Manage Contract Hire vehicles for clients Work with Implementation and CRM to develop the service and products offered to the client Coach staff as required, to improve their customer service, system and telephone skills and their product knowledge Demonstrate expert knowledge of systems and processes, developing this in the role of Subject Matter Expert. Assist in writing of systems test plans and system testing KEY COMPETENCIES Providing Excellent Customer Service Managing Customer Relationships Attention to Detail Planning and Control Making Good Decisions Self Motivation Essential skills/knowledge/experience GSCE English and Maths, grade C or above Minimum 18 months customer service / industry experience Commercial Vehicle Knowledge Able to develop relationships and handle challenging customer situations with maturity. A pro-active and responsive attitude within a team working environment Ability to analyse and interpret data quickly and accurately Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Desirable skills/knowledge/experience Leasing and fleet management industry knowledge Product Knowledge Knowledge of vehicle legal requirements |
