| A full time teacher of Maths is required for the 2008/2009 academic year. This school serves a relatively deprived area and has a number of pupils with special educational needs and English as an additional language. It is well led and managed by the Headteacher. Pupils make good progress in most subjects and achieve well in Maths, Art, Drama and Physical Education. The quality of teaching is a major strength of the school, along with the shared commitment of the staff to raising standards. It provides a secure and caring environment for all pupils to learn and encourages personal development. The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and dedicated to enhancing pupils learning experience. The ideal Teachers will also: Have a PGCE, B.Ed or BA. Have QTS or an overseas equivalent qualification Have excellent behaviour management skills Knowledge of the National Curriculum Reliable, well organised with great time management skills.
