*Are you looking for a Customer Advisor role with a successful and expanding financial services company?

My client is an ever- expanding, and exceptionally well established independent Building Society. They currently have 134 branches across the UK, with more than 2,000 employees throughout, and have even more plans for new branch openings in the very near future .
We now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Advisor to become a member of their central Birmingham team.
In this role you will identify all customer requirements and sell, according to their needs, across the full range of Society products and exceed customer expectations through the delivery of excellent Retail Standards
You will be working to branch and individual sales targets, specified in Performance Agreement, and perform cashiering and admin duties in accordance with business requirements to identify further sales opportunities and new leads.
In order to succeed in this role, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FACE TO FACE SALES- either Retail or Direct, coupled with the ability to communicate on all levels so as to sell the society products. Knowledge or experience of working within the Financial services sector added to this could also be a plus but not essential.

In return we can offer you a basic starting salary of circa £14k plus excellent bonus, with a pay rise on successful completion of probation also. Additional benefits include subsidised mortgage, investment account, and a good range of other benefits.

Please note:
This is NOT a Customer Service Role, but a SALES role, so the RELEVANT experience is essential.
