We are looking for a Team Leader to work in the Contact Centre of a leading finance firm in West Birmingham. The company are going through a growth period and are looking for dynamic, experience leaders who can inspire their teams.
You will be responsible for training and developing your team to deliver the highest standards of customer service, as well as maximising sales through cross selling and product awareness. Overseeing the day to day management of the operational teams you will also have proven experience of delivering to sales targets, individually and as a team. The ideal candidate will also have a strong technical understanding of financial services and will relish the opportunity to manage the first multi skilled team in the business.
