Due to the success of our existing team of consultants on our permanent and contract IT Teams, we at Monarch Recruitment are looking to expand our operations by recruiting established recruiters. Previous IT recruitment experience is NOT essential. We are looking for individuals with a recruitment /sales background who have previously worked within a target driven environment, who possess the motivation and desire required to succeed within our industry. Persistence, determination and a hunger for success are key.
As a Consultant within our IT Recruitment Team you will specialize in the placement of IT professionals within a specific geographical area. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle which includes business development, account management, advertising, organising interviews, and placing candidates.
