Full Description:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a company who have a large volume of small claims - debt recovery resulting from insurance claims - that need litigating. Meaning that a vacancy for a litigation solicitor has arisen to develop and maintain SLA's with the firms that they are currently utilising to ensure swift recovery of the debts.

Within this role you will be expected to pro-actively manage the day to day relationship and performance of the panel solicitors, as well as removing blockages that may stop them from performing. You will also be acting as a liaison providing feedback to the litigation manager on any issues identified by yourself or the panel solicitors.

Other integral duties within this role include:

*Carrying out regular performance reviews with each panel solicitor, identifying and addressing performance issues as they arise.
*Providing management reports to help drive, performance and efficiency.
*Analysing data per panel solicitor at regular interviews - daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
