The majority of our current management team started their career path at GCL on the front line, speaking directly to Blue Chip Businesses. GCL Direct Ltd is a fast growing, dynamic and professional Business to Business Marketing Services Agency with Blue Chip clients from within the IT, Logistics, Professional and Business Service sectors.
We have an excellent and genuine opportunity for graduates with degree/HND who want to kick start their career in Sales, Marketing and Project Management. Ideal candidates must want to have a career in either sales, marketing or project management, be well presented, maintain a positive attitude and have a desire to succeed no matter what it takes.
You will be based in our excellent office environment in Birmingham working on campaigns on behalf of our clients to generate business leads and appointments and research information. We will provide all the training, coaching and mentoring for you to succeed in your initial job role and beyond. For the right person there is a genuine opportunity for fast track development and progression within the company to fill available sales, marketing and project management positions. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn an initial salary of £13 - £15K + bonus with a realistic OTE of £15 - £21K within your first year.
