Excellent opportunity to join one of Birmingham's leading law firms as a Meeting Room Coordinator.
You will be working within a friendly and busy team organising meeting rooms and large conferences for clients and directors, coordination between teams for the catering and audio visual equipment as well as helping with any ad hoc administration. Ideal candidates will have an upbeat and personable attitude, extremely well presented and articulate.
You will be very organised with a proven ability to multitask with excellent communication skills. You will be of proficient with the Microsoft Office package and have technical experience of setting up AV equipment.
