Here\'s what you can expect to be doing in the job.

• €¢ Taking responsibility for the New Vehicle Sales department performance against budget, on a monthly and annual basis to meet and exceed targets.

• €¢ Managing and coaching your team to sell vehicles, finance, add-ons, and accessories, in an FSA compliant environment, by face-to-face contact, over the phone and via website queries.

• €¢ Actively using creative marketing ideas and customer database information, as well as the Group New Vehicle website, to maximise sales.

• €¢ Ensuring your stock is as saleable as possible, by managing the relationship with the Used Vehicle Sales department, trading effectively and profitability, and adhering to Group stock ageing policy.

• €¢ Ensuring customers enjoy their experience so that they come back time and time again. Here\'s what you\'ll have to be able to do the job.

• €¢ Good general standard of education, including A-Levels or equivalent.

• €¢ Demonstrable success in a New Vehicle Sales management role, or the potential to progress into this role.

• €¢ Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to engage, motivate and coach both individuals and teams.

• €¢ A process and best practice approach, combined with sound business judgement and personal integrity.

• €¢ Ability to interrogate and analyse the management accounts and DMS (Kerridge, ideally) with a view to improving performance.

• €¢ Resilient, with a positive outlook, and a clear desire and personal motivation to exceed targets. Here\'s what you\'ll be given for doing the job.
