• What’s involved:
You will be engaged in providing IT development skills to support a service re-design.
You will be required to develop processes for use in the council's Customer Relationship Management platform based on defined business processes. Primarily this will require ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server skills.
The role will include working with staff from across the council and other developers in the delivery of an on-going project for increasing the number of services available via the council's Contact Centre and/or website.

- Knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server (2005 +) and Visual Studio (2008) is essential.
