A growing firm of Accountants based in Coventry now require an accomplished Senior Accountant to fulfil an Accounts Manager position as they look to build on last years unprecedented expansion. You will have an opportunity to perform a hands on role, allowing you to manage your own client portfolio, coupled with an equally exciting opportunity to supervise and develop your own team of talented Semi-Seniors and Juniors.
Ideally you will;
-Have proven leadership skills with a powerful, professional communication style
-Have demonstrable qualities of building and developing a client portfolio
-Be newly qualified or have some post-qual experience, and a strong background in practice
-Be at ease dealing with accounts preparation for a wide variety of clients, boasting some notable achievements in your practice career to date
-Be an approachable person with great initiative
