Due to company expansion, one of the Midland’s leading specialist roofing and cladding construction companies currently require a Senior Contracts Manager to join their ambitious and successful team.

SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 + company car + other excellent benefits
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Nottingham, Derby, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Alfreton, Loughborough, Chesterfield, Mansfield.

THE ROLE:
This superb and rare opportunity has arisen thanks to a growing order book not particularly affected by the current credit crunch. Running the cladding division of this specialist company, the chocontracts manager can expect to play an integral role in its future success.
You will liaise internally with other contracts manager, site managers, site workers and report directly to the Managing Director. Main contacts externally include clients within predominantly commercial markets (hospitals, schools etc) and nationally renowned construction main contractors. You will oversee the conception and completion of 2 – 3 major cladding and roofing contracts at any one time.
There is a massive scope for progression within the company, with the long term plan being for you to potentially move into a directorship position. Candidates displaying the required experience and willingness to help grow the business can expect a very attractive remuneration package and fantastic prospects.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> This position will ideally suit a contracts manager, project manager or construction manager with particular experience in roofing and cladding industries.
> You need to be able to show that you have managed construction works contracts with main contractors from initial tender stage through to final sign off.
> You must be driven, ambitious and have the tough character needed to help the company reach its strategic growth targets.
> Candidates need to want to be an integral part of a flourishing company, and should have a full Driving License.
