1.To generate business equal to or in excess of target set for month.
2.To sell the Financial Debt Management Programme/IVA/Trust deed/ Think banking account to prospective clients over the telephone.
3.To maximise the client database by converting every lead potential.
4.To provide the best possible advice to clients regarding their profile and to the level of compliance expected by the business.
5.To ensure that computer records and all pre-sale documentation is distributed to the client.
6.Prepare and administer internal documentation in preparation for a client joining the programme.
7.To complete client calls where no or insufficient documentation has been received.
8.To act in professional and competent manner when conducting business on behalf of the department.
9.To administer advisor diaries and work flows within the given timescales.
10.Deal with queries from clients during the programme opening process.
11.To ensure that all targets are met within the specified time scale.
12.To maximise the potential of a conversion into a 1st payment, by ensuring that all the paperwork is accurate and complete.
13.To maximise the potential of agreed business by utilising effective sales techniques.
14.Maintaining excellent compliance scores.
15.To undertake any other duties that reasonably falls within the scope of this job.
