Role: Making outgoing telemarketing calls to potential customers in relevant European countries
Effectively understand customer needs through open questions
Maximise sales opportunities
Accurately record all orders
Working to sales targets
Skills: Telephone sales experience preferred however retail sales experience will be considered so long as drive to convert prospects to sales is evident.
Strong written and verbal skills required as well as accurate keyboarding and spelling skills. Positive attitude and professional telephone communication
Must possess skills of persuasiveness, creativity and objection handling
Strong active listening skills coupled with a positive demeanour
Works in a structured and disciplined manner
Benefits: Working Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm
